I’m the Founder and Director of Support Squad, with over 15 years of experience in the disability sector, a space I genuinely care deeply about.With a background in Business and Law, I combine formal education with hands-on experience across both not-for-profit and private organisations.

My journey into this industry is also personal. Having a loved one with a disability has given me a real understanding of how complex and overwhelming navigating support systems can be, and it continues to shape how I show up in my work.I’m passionate about creating support that makes sense. Support that feels empowering, not confusing.

I pride myself on helping individuals and families feel confident, informed, and in control of their journey.I take a person-centred approach in everything I do and believe in staying across best practices, continuing to learn, and always looking for better ways to support the people I work with.Alongside Support Squad, I also run Pineapple Crown Consulting, supporting organisations with NDIS registration, compliance, and quality systems.
