Erin prides herself on having diverse & significant educational training, a solid foundation of sector knowledge, and hands on experience managing both not-for-profit and profit organisations. She is a dedicated practitioner who continues to expand her knowledge of current NDIS best practices through collaboration, professional development & working on an ongoing basis with a network of diverse clients. The experience of having a loved one with a disability within her immediate family was her reason for entering the sector passionately 15 years ago, and continues to be the driving force behind assisting her clients to effectively transition to the NDIS and in turn provide positive, goal based outcomes for their client cohort. Her role as a consultant over the last two years has significantly transformed as a result of the NDIS rollout and its progressive nature. In the early stages she was engaged to assist eight hundred of the most vulnerable and complex clients in the sector to access the scheme. Working closely with providers and by adopting a collaborative approach, a 97% access rate was achieved for the client group, which was significantly greater than the original DHS predicted 30% success rate. As the transition has gradually rolled out, she has been engaged by providers to develop both their model of support and operations, assisting them to recognise the need to develop their capabilities required to succeed in the rapidly evolving NDIS market. As a result she has developed a policy framework which has assisted a number of providers to be successful and gain registered provider status, when audited against the practice standards.

Erin has written a number a policy and procedure manuals for her clients, including; plan managers, support and accommodation providers, support coordinators and un-registered providers.
All of which have been deemed compliant against the practice standards and can be customised to best suit your organisation. Manuals are affordable for small providers, and range in price from just $1200 to $2200 depending on the registration groups your organisation delivers. |
